TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Shopping at Cinnamon Fashion, either in the premises or online should be a pleasurable experience. If you are in any way not confident in using our service please do not hesitate to contact us. If you have complaints about the service or the goods you received we would like to hear from you. We can only then strive to have a complete and accurate service.

SECURITY AND YOUR PRIVACY

Online shopping with Cinnamon Fashion is done through a secure gateway.  We are committed to protecting your privacy at all times and will only use your contact details for our purposes with your consent and we will not pass any of the details on to third parties.  You can always contact us to find out which information we are holding. In most cases it will be your contact details including telephone numbers and credit/debit card details.

PAYMENTS

If you pay by debit or credit card your details will be handled by us on a secure server using data encryption.

After placing an order online we will send you an email to confirm receipt of your order. We will take payment and then dispatch the order as soon as possible. If items are out of stock, we will not take payment and let you know the item is out of stock. We will only take payment for items that are in stock and can be dispatched to you.

POSTAGE AND PACKING

Full address and postage details are required. We strive to dispatch the same day, but if you need your order urgently please give us a call on 01444 245745 and we can let you know the extra costs.

The price for postage and packaging is
 £5.00 per order for deliveries in the UK and Ireland.
 £6.00 per order for deliveries in Europe
 £12.00 for deliveries to the rest of the world

Local import duties may be payable upon receipt.

REFUND POLICY

If for any reason, you are not satisfied with the products you have ordered from us, you may return them to us at your expense within 7 days. Refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. The returned products must be sent back with the original labeling.

You can send unwanted items back in the post at your expense or you can return the items to our shop. Goods bought in the sale will not be refunded, however you may exchange them for another item or a credit voucher.

If you receive damaged products we will also refund the postage.

When you receive your goods there is a form in the box. If you wish to return any of the items please fill in the details and send it back with your parcel. As soon as we receive your returned goods we will make the refund.
